    • Maintain clear oversight of inbound and outbound load schedules, identifying potential capacity constraints, conflicts and operational risks.
    • Act as the primary MEH operational interface with the warehouse provider for materials management, inbound receipt and outbound dispatch activities.
    • Ensure material call-offs and requests are progressed in accordance with agreed processes, providing warehouse teams with clear priorities for picking, preparation and dispatch.
    • Coordinate with Material Controllers, Planning and Construction teams to ensure material requirements and delivery priorities are clearly understood.
    • Monitor material readiness and availability, identifying shortages, discrepancies, quarantined materials and other constraints that may impact planned deliveries.
    • Support the resolution and escalation of material discrepancies, missing materials, receipt issues and warehouse operational constraints.
    • Ensure accurate material status, location and traceability is maintained across applicable project and warehouse systems.
    • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure materials are correctly identified, configured, labelled and prepared prior to dispatch.
    • Monitor inbound, outbound and materials performance against agreed plans and priorities, escalating risks where performance may impact construction delivery.

    • Support the investigation and close-out of material and logistics-related occurrence reports and operational issues.
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with warehouse providers, transport teams, Construction, Planning, Quality and wider MEH stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities to improve material flow, warehouse utilisation, load planning, system accuracy and overall logistics performance.
    • Provide clear performance reporting and operational updates to the Construction Logistics Lead.
