Insulation Labourer - Wilton

Altrad are currently looking for an Insulation Labourer to join the team at Sabic Wilton for the upcoming planned works.

The shift pattern is Monday to Thursday 8 hours, Friday 6 hours. The pay rate is in line with TICA agreement, £16.19 per hour. The work is expected to last 3 weeks with immediate starts available.

Key Deliverables:

• Clean and prepare surfaces on pipes, tanks, or ductwork before insulation is applied.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and insulation supplies around the job site.
• Help measure, cut, and hold insulation materials (such as foam, mineral wool, or foil) in place.
• Strip away old or damaged insulation materials, following safety rules for safe disposal.
• Follow site safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean workspace.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• A valid TICA Card
• A valid CCNSG Safety Passport or EMSS Certification
• Previous labouring or site experience
