We are now looking to expand our Quality Assurance team in the area of site construction quality on one of our major projects at Sellafield. You'll ensure that we are compliant with quality processes and procedures, initiating the setting up of audit programmes, following through with non compliance procedures, on and off site surveillance reporting and most important of all, ensuring that that standards exceed our customers expectations, more importantly you'll ensure our world class approach to QHSE is the norm and not just an aspiration.
With a keen eye for detail, great planning and communication skills, you feel just at home carrying out a visual inspection as you will with a yearly audit report, you'll be able to maintain great working relationships with consortium partners, colleagues and sub-contractors and if you've got some great new ideas on how things could be done, then we'd like to talk with you.
As for qualifications, then you'll probably have gained some formal QA certifications/qualifications, (in addition to a recognised safety certification also), and you'll probably have a background with a major construction/engineering organisation. It's more important however that you've got a positive 'can-do' attitude.
