Senior Business Systems Analyst (Commercial) - Middlesbrough

Altrad are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (Commercial) to join the Digital Adoption team.

The successful candidate will support Altrad’s digital transformation programme, helping implement and embed commercial systems, processes, and ways of working across the business.

Key Deliverables:

• Lead business process discussions and support requirements gathering with commercial stakeholders and digital delivery teams.
• Support system validation, user acceptance testing, and readiness activities ahead of deployment.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions, Go-Live activities, and post-deployment hypercare.
• Coordinate user training, communications, and guidance to support successful system adoption.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and embed new systems and processes into business-as-usual operations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and digital delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver operational improvements.
• Support continuous improvement of commercial processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Requirements / Qualifications:

• Experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, digital adoption, or systems implementation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial processes, ideally within construction, engineering, or project-based environments.
• Experience supporting requirements gathering, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be advantageous.
• Ability to bridge business requirements, technology, and user needs.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities and manage competing priorities.
