ER Coordinator
Project : MEH Alliance - HPC
Contract type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage register of live cases – investigations, grievances, disciplinaries etc. to Ensure effective, timely case management of people related issues.
- Coordinate arrangement of ER cases on a timely basis in line with HPC Common Framework Agreement.
- Support the MEH ER Manager with the provision of day-to-day advice and guidance to supervisors and managers.
- Liaise with MEHJV parent companies HR / ER teams as required
- Support MEH Local Joint Council meetings, acting as note-taker.
- Liaise with HPC recognised Trade Union Convenors as required.
- Support ER Manager in project work.
- Consistently act with integrity and confidentiality.
- Compile ER weekly management reports activities.
- Advise and coach managers to effectively manage Employee Relations issues in line with HPC Common Framework Agreement.
- All other duties as required.
Key Requirements:
Essential:
- Previous HR or ER experience preferred
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 3 CertRP or working towards
Desirable:
- Excellent MS office skills – particularly MS Excel
- Strong administrative and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communicator
- Previous experience in a Trade Union/construction environment advantageous
